Mitch Keiper is a sophomore majoring in Finance and Accounting who is pursuing a career in investment banking. Last summer, he earned his SIE certification, served as an Equity Research Intern at Consortium Equity Research, and participated in a study abroad program in Paris. Previously, through the Finance Society, he worked as a Senior Analyst with Bluegrass Capital Research. He has an internship lined up with MiddleGround Capital this spring and will join Dean Dorton’s Mergers and Acquisitions practice as a summer intern. Outside of academics and extracurriculars, Mitch enjoys working out, watching movies, cheering for Cleveland sports (unfortunately), and spending time with friends.
Louis Ward
Chair of Bluegrass Capital Research


Louis Ward is a sophomore from Louisville pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Finance. This past summer, he worked with the University of Kentucky Endowment Investment Office and currently serves on the Deal Team at MiddleGround Capital. He will be joining Baird Business Owner Solutions as an Investment Banking Summer Analyst at the end of the semester. Outside of academics, Louis enjoys following the markets, playing pick-up basketball, supporting Kentucky sports, and reading.
Camryn Beatty
Chair of Financial Planning


Camryn Beatty is a junior from Paducah, Kentucky, pursuing dual degrees in Finance, Accounting, and Economics, along with the CFP and CPA certifications. This past summer, he took part in Campus Outreach’s Summer Training Project, which aimed to deepen his faith and equip him to apply it in both personal and professional settings. Last semester, he served as a Wealth Management Intern at High Knoll Wealth Advisors and is currently working as a Tax and Accounting Intern at Legacy Consulting Group. This summer, he will join Cerity Partners as a Wealth Management Intern. Camryn’s passion for wealth management stems from his lifelong focus on preparing for the future, which he aims to implement in helping others achieve their financial goals.
Will Boshold
Co-Chair of Gatton Select


Will Boshold is a sophomore from Chicago studying Finance and Accounting and pursuing a career in investment banking. He is drawn to the field for its steep learning curve and the opportunity to play a direct role in the deal-making process. In his free time, Will plays club soccer at the University of Kentucky and competes in the UPSL during the summer.
Carson Vidra
Co-Chair of Gatton Select


Carson is a sophomore from Columbus, Ohio, studying finance, accounting, and economics. He interned last summer with Chipotle and Consortium Equity Research. Carson is currently recruiting for investment banking and looks forward to supporting and mentoring the next class as they pursue their own investment banking goals.
Hadley Heimerman
Treasurer

Hadley Heimerman is the Treasurer of the Finance Society. She is a sophomore majoring in Finance with a minor in Law and Justice and is also a Wall Street Scholar and Pelissier Scholar at Gatton. She is interested in pursuing a career in wealth management and looks forward to working with the organization this year.

Victoria Thompson
Secretary & KFR Publication Chair

Victoria Thompson is the Finance Society’s Secretary. She is a sophomore majoring in Finance, Accounting, and Management and plans to pursue a career in fixed-income trading after graduation. She is currently interning with the University of Kentucky Endowment Investment Office and was recently accepted into Girls Who Invest.

Ainsley Pool
VP of Marketing


Ainsley Pool is a sophomore Wall Street Scholar studying Finance and Economics with experience in financial modeling and wealth management. Last summer, she interned in Wealth Management at Columbia Financial, where she supported client servicing, investment analysis, and financial platforms. She plans to return to Columbia Financial this summer. Outside of academics, Ainsley enjoys golf, travel, fitness, and spending time with friends.
Clayton Hord
VP of Member Development


Clayton Hord is a junior double majoring in Accounting and Finance with a minor in Economics. After graduation, Clayton plans to pursue a career in wealth management. He was recently offered the opportunity to return as a Private Wealth Management Intern with Baird at its Louisville East office.
Kaitlyn Le
VP of Corporate Relations


Kaitlyn Le is a sophomore from Erlanger, Kentucky, studying Finance and Accounting with a minor in International Business. This upcoming summer, she will spend a month studying abroad in Italy before participating in the Girls Who Invest program. As a GWI Scholar, Kaitlyn will spend four weeks at Wharton learning about investment management prior to beginning her internship. She is currently recruiting for investment banking as a long-term foundation for her career in finance.
Coey Cheng
VP of Recruitment Outreach


Coey Cheng is a sophomore double majoring in Finance and Accounting at the University of Kentucky. On campus, she is a TA for Corporate Finance coursework and a junior varsity member of the Excel Financial Modeling Club. Coey is interested in pursuing a career in either private wealth management or asset management and will join Baird as a Public Finance Summer Intern.
Chloe Aspillaga
VP of Web Development


Chloe Aspillaga is a sophomore at the University of Kentucky studying Finance and Accounting with a minor in Data Analytics. She is involved in several selective finance programs at the University of Kentucky including Wall Street Scholars, Pelissier Scholars, and Gatton Select, and participates in student leadership through the International Village Living Learning Program and the Excel Financial Modeling Club. Her experience includes investment education through the Girls Who Invest Intensive Program and hands-on advisory work with Dean Dorton’s Wildcat Advisory Group, where she supported due diligence and valuation analysis on simulated M&A mandates. Outside of school, she enjoys learning languages, running mini-marathons, cooking, reading, listening to new music, and watching Champions' League.
Jonathan Pliszka
Faculty Advisor


Jonathan Pliszka is the Principal of High Knoll Wealth Advisors with over 15 years of experience across investment research, asset allocation, and portfolio construction. He previously served as a Senior Vice President at Morningstar and as an Associate at Goldman Sachs. Jonathan holds a B.S. in Finance from DePaul University, an MBA from the University of Kentucky, and is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® professional. He also serves as a Lecturer at the University of Kentucky, teaching investment analysis and advising the graduate student-managed fund, while enjoying time with his family and staying active through hockey and golf.
