Kaitlyn Le


Kaitlyn is a Sophomore from Erlanger, Kentucky, studying Finance and Accounting. This summer, she earned her SIE certification and studied abroad in Paris, where she completed a consulting internship project developing a corporate sponsorship strategy for Disneyland Paris. She’s drawn to investment banking due to its fast pace and strong foundation for a long-term finance career.
Carson Vidra


Carson Vidra is a sophomore from Columbus, Ohio, studying Finance and Accounting. This summer, he worked as an accounting intern for Chipotle, an analyst searching for possible M&A targets with Elevate, and an equity research analyst covering the consumer sector for Consortium Research Group. He is interested in investment banking because of the exciting work of deal-making.
Louis Ward


Louis is a Sophomore from Louisville, Kentucky, studying Finance and Economics (with additional interest in history and art). This summer, he was an analyst in the Consortium Equity Research Industrials Group and a research intern at the University of Kentucky Endowment Investment Office. Louis is drawn to buy-side and sell-side career opportunities that offer high-paced, competitive, and intuitive work.
AJ Blaskovich


AJ Blaskovich is from North Aurora, Illinois, and is studying Finance and Accounting. This summer, he interned at Elevate Youth Development as a Summer Analyst. He is interested in investment banking because of the challenging/competitive nature, and it offers an environment where he can solve complex financial problems.
Chloe Aspillaga


​Chloe Aspillaga is an incoming sophomore from Shelbyville, Kentucky, majoring in Finance and Accounting. This summer, she interned at Elevate Youth Development as a summer analyst, where she supported deal sourcing and market research initiatives. She also studied abroad in Paris, where she served as a financial advisor in a corporate internship, helping develop a sponsorship strategy for Disneyland Paris. Chloe is passionate about investment banking because of its fast-paced, intellectually demanding environment and the opportunity it offers to solve complex financial challenges. Outside of class, she enjoys learning new languages, watching Champions League soccer, playing volleyball, and running mini-marathons.
Mitchell Keiper


Mitchell Keiper is a rising sophomore from Akron, Ohio, pursuing a double major in Finance and Accounting with a minor in Business Analytics. This summer, he earned his SIE certification and contributed multiple research reports to Consortium Equity Research’s Energy and Sustainability group. He also completed a study abroad program, where he developed skills in market analysis and forecasting stock performance. Mitchell is interested in Investment Banking for the opportunity to collaborate with businesses and accelerate his learning in finance through high-impact, hands-on experience.
Mohammad Najarzadegan


Mohammad is a sophomore from Lexington, Kentucky, majoring in Finance and Accounting with a minor in Economics. This summer, he worked around 50 to 60 hours a week as a financial paralegal intern and a retail banking associate at Central Bank. He is interested in investment banking because he enjoys challenging himself and wants to work on deals that help businesses grow.
Will Boshold


Will is a sophomore from Chicago studying Finance and Accounting. This summer, he interned at Elevate Youth Development Group as an M&A summer analyst while also playing semi-professional soccer in the UPSL and USL. He is drawn to investment banking because it combines analytical skills with high-pressure, high-impact decision-making. He’s excited by the opportunity to play a key role in the deal-making process, contribute to companies' best interests, and continuously grow within the steep learning curve of the industry.
