Will White
President
Will is a Junior from Northern Kentucky majoring in Finance and Accounting. He is a part of the Lewis Honors College, Wall Street Scholars Program, and Pelissier Scholars Program. Outside of school and the Finance Society, he enjoys running, reading, and traveling. Will interned this past summer at Fifth Third Bank on their commercial real estate team in Charlotte, NC. Next summer, he will be in Wichita, KS with Koch Equity Development.
Sam Peacock
Vice President
Sam is a Senior from Louisville, Kentucky. He is studying Finance with a minor in Business Analytics. He is a Resident Advisor here at UK, as well as a student in the Lewis Honors College. Sam hopes to work in mergers and acquisitions or investment banking upon graduation. Aside from The Finance Society, he enjoys golf, the Pittsburgh Steelers, reading, and skiing.
Natalie Pogue
VP of Corporate Relations
Natalie is a Junior from Louisville, Kentucky. She is studying Finance with a minor in Economics. Outside of the finance society she is actively involved in the Wall Street Scholars and Pelissier Scholars Programs and serves on the cabinet of her sorority. Natalie is looking into careers in wealth management or consulting upon graduation. She also enjoys personal fitness, skiing, and traveling.
Allie Fauth
VP of Marketing
Allie is a Senior majoring in Finance with a minor in Economics from just west of Chicago, Illinois. Outside of The Finance Society, she is active in Greek life and The Student Philanthropy Board. Allie loves to travel, watch Chicago/UK sports, and try new workout classes. Upon graduation, she hopes to go into financial planning.
Camden Bickel
VP of Internal Affairs
Camden is a Senior from Roswell, Georgia. He is currently pursuing a major in Finance with a minor in International Business. Outside of The Finance Society, Camden loves to workout at the Johnson Center, watch football , and hang out with his friends. Upon graduation, Camden will be joining J.P. Morgan's Private Bank in Nashville, TN, as a full-time analyst.
Ethan Blevins
VP of Member Development
Ethan is a Sophmore from Greenup, Kentucky. Studying Finance and Accounting with a minor in Computer Science. Student in the Wall Street Scholar program and the Social Entrepreneurship Pathway. Ethan hopes to work in investment banking or private equity after college.
Sydney Buchaniec
Treasurer
Sydney is a Sophmore from Lawrenceburg, Kentucky. She is majoring in Finance with a minor in Business Analytics. Outside of the Finance Society, she is also a member of the Wall Street Scholars Program. Sydney hopes to pursue a career in investment banking. Outside of work, Sydney enjoys reading and traveling.
Jonah Hopf
VP of Membership
Jonah is a Sophmore from Albion, Indiana. He is double majoring in Finance and Accounting with a minor in Data Analytics while a part of the Wall Street Scholars program. Outside of studies he enjoys going to UK sporting events, watching and playing soccer, and spending time with friends. After graduation he plans to go into a career in investment banking or private equity.
Santiago Trujillo
VP of Recruitment
Santiago is a Junior from Bogota, Colombia. He is double majoring in Finance and Accounting as a student in the Wall Street Scholars Program. Outside of The Finance Society, Santiago works for the Kentucky Teachers’ Retirement System and is part of the International Student Ambassador program. He enjoys playing tennis and soccer, watching F1 racing and traveling. After college, Santiago hopes to go into investment banking or equity research.
Ivey Redd
Executive Secretary
Ivey is a Sophomore from Cadiz, Kentucky pursuing a degree in Finance. He is a student in the Wall Street Scholars Program and Lewis Honors College. Outside of the Finance Society, Ivey likes playing golf, exercising, and spending time with his two golden retrievers. After college, he plans on entering investment banking.
Jonathan Pliszka
Faculty Advisor
Jonathan spent 15 years working at esteemed financial institutions such as Morningstar and Goldman Sachs. He currently teaches Investments and serves as the faculty advisor for both the MSF Student Managed Fund and the ESG Student Managed Fund. In addition to his role at the University of Kentucky, he operates High Knoll Wealth Advisors, a fee-only, fiduciary wealth management practice.
